Congratulations to the 2024 NRDC Finalists!
Ensign and Dennis came to the line at 12:26 pm
F – He entered the pond and swam to the far point - angled down the point to enter the field and got his bird.
L – In the water and across to the land bridge - he crossed and got to the point on the far shore - he ran down the point - deep and right but came to the area of the fall and located the bird.
Ensign and Dennis came to the line at 9:04 am
R – Straight across the pond - up the hill and just left of the cedars - he slammed on the brakes - turned right and back to his bird.
L – Into the left corner of pond #1 - over the land bridge and through heavy cover in the corner of the lake - onto the dam and a great angle across pond #2 - up under the arc to the ridge - turned left and came back down to his bird.
Ensign and Dennis came to the line at 1:28 pm
L – Stayed right of the cedars going out - Very Nice job
R – Crossed the road - through the pond on a great line - veered left - crossing the 2nd road and passed the gunners on the left - straight to the cover and in for a small hunt and he had his bird.
Ensign and Dennis came to the line at 8:07 am
Ensign and Dennis came to the line at 2:14 pm
Left – Through the small pond and up the hill - he arrived wide right - turned to make the correction and came down to the are of the bird - got it!
Right – Through the pond and up the hill - arrived under the arc - moved right and ran over to scoop up his bird!
Ensign and Dennis came to the line ...
F – Up the field to the bush and passed it - turned and went back to the bush - turned down to the fall area and got his bird.
R – Nice line up towards the guns - cut right and got deep of the guns - came back across the road and hunted deep - worked his way back down to locate his bird.

22. SEASIDE’S JELLY BELLY, “Reagan,” LF, Marc Patton
Reagan and Marc came to the line at 4:07 pm
Down the terraced hill and across the 1st cove - out on the point - crossed over and got out at the dead tree for a very short turn - and then she swam parallel to the shore to get her bird.
21. CANNON’S 90 DAY WONDER, “Ensign,” LM, Dennis Long
Ensign and Dennis came to the line at 4:03 pm
Good line that carried him to the far water - he got out between the gunners and the tree - ran just around the tree to check the shore and find his bird.
20. SUNNY AND WIND NO DUCKS GIVEN, “Sunny,” LF, Caleb Brown
Sunny and Caleb came to the line at 3:56 pm
Nice line through the water and over the point - carried this line all the way to the area of the bird. Stepped out of the water and plucked her bird out of the water too!

F – Very nice recovery.
R – Good line to the area but turned right under the arc of the bird and established a hunt pattern - he moved up the hill and located the bird.
Ensign and Dennis came to the line at 1:55 pm
R – Straight to the bird!
L – Went left of the bushes under the arc and back around the bushes to located his bird!
Ensign and Dennis came to the line at 10:27 am
F – Over the terraces on a nice line to the bird.
R – Entered the cover, made a few passes to the right and then to the left of the bird. Came out of the cover and then back in - he grabbed his bird!
